The funds Thyra Hedge and Max fund of funds managed by Sentat Asset Management AB are so called special funds governed by the Swedish Investment Funds Act (2004:46). The funds Thyra Hedge and Max fund of funds are under the supervision from Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority), but do not comply with the provisions of the so called UCITS Directive and thus can only be marketed in Sweden.

The units of the funds have not been registered and will not be registered in accordance with any securities legislation in the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia or New Zealand or elsewhere and may not be offered or sold to or within the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia or New Zealand or in such countries where such offer or sale would be in conflict with applicable laws or regulations.
